Logistics is the best place in the enterprise to put AI to work.
It has the highest transaction volume, the most repetitive decisions and the clearest feedback loop — a replenishment call is right or wrong within days. But the value only lands if someone understands both the model and the master data underneath it. That intersection is where this practice is being built.

Group template and S/4HANA 2022 build, oil & gas and retail
Team lead and solution architect on a greenfield implementation covering procure to pay, inventory management, F&A pricing and hydrocarbon management. Integration with EWM, Ariba, MDG, PP, QM, PM/PS, transportation management, retail POS and third-party terminal systems, with custom applications on BTP. Led 5 consultants and 4 developers.
Automated store replenishment, international food retail
Designed and rolled out an automated replenishment solution across 500 stores in 10 countries using SAP Retail Rapid Replenishment and CAR UDF, as part of an S/4HANA Retail template deployed over four geographic regions.
Forecast and replenishment, grocery retail group
Analysis through post go-live support for SAP F&R across 1,500 stores in 3 countries, covering multi-echelon DC replenishment, direct store delivery and transportation load optimisation, integrated with ECC, CAR and BW.
ECC to S/4HANA conversion, retail on HANA
IS-Retail team lead from blueprint and gap analysis to go-live, spanning retail master data, inventory management, inbound logistics, procurement, material valuation and store and DC replenishment, with POS, WMS and store back-office integration.
Central Procurement hub
Best-practice design of an S/4HANA Central Procurement solution connecting multiple ECC and S/4HANA backends for central purchasing, requisitioning and contracts, with a flexible approval workflow.
